About Cleanroom:

A clean room is an environment, typically used in pharmaceutical products packaging or scientific research, that has a low level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapors.

More accurately, a clean room has a controlled level of contamination that is specified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size.

Solution：

1. The Cleanroom wall and ceiling panels according to the design of HPL material + internal rockwool, the total thickness is 50mm.

2. Walk-on ceiling:

Ceiling for use in the pharmaceutical sector, in design suitable for walking on, with underpressure and overpressure values of max. -200 Pa to +200 Pa.

3. The HEPA BOX and LED lights can customized locations as each room requirements.

4. airlock control system:

Consists of a control unit available can interlock 3, 5 or 7 doors relative to each other.
