About the pharmaceutical laboratory: The pharmaceutical industry has stringent requirements for laboratory cleanliness; the clean environment must meet the standards stably, and the compliance acceptance criteria are high, requiring passing the local FDA and relevant international certifications.

About the customer: The laboratory renovation has an urgent construction period requirement, needing to be completed in a short time, while ensuring the convenience of laboratory testing processes and the integrity of equipment supporting.

The city of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is no stranger to Suzhou Pharma Machinery, because we designed a milk factory project in the city in 2019. This time our engineers have returned to the same place to complete the installation of another new project.

This project is about laboratory renovation. The cleanroom laboratory cleanliness is ISO7, using high-quality manual sandwich panels, thickened PVC floor, LED lighting system, customized large-size observation window (easy to observe the testing process in the laboratory), cleaning steel door. It is equipped with air shower room, DPB (Dynamic pass box), bio-safety cabinet, convenient air conditioning with FFU; The whole laboratory adopts the advanced return air system design concept.

Suzhou Pharma is known for its professional experience and rigorous detail control. Before signing the order, we communicated with the customer online, and the drawing design took 5 days. After that, the efficient production, packaging, transportation of the goods, and the preparation of shipping documents amounted to 10 days. It must be emphasized here that all clean room materials provided by Suzhou Pharma have passed CE testing and obtained certificates, so that customers can easily obtain local FDA approval and start the working.

The detailed preparatory work facilitated the formal commencement of the project. The installation period of the project was only 3 days, and the installation team only consisted of 3 people. We finished such a perfect job in such a short time and with so few people！Kevin, the  experienced engineer of Suzhou Pharma Machinery, collaborated with the client's engineers to work efficiently and complete the cleanroom installation and all on-site equipment testing in the shortest possible time.

• Cleanliness Indicator: Stably meeting the ISO7 cleanliness standard, the overall air circulation and clean control effect of the laboratory conform to the environmental requirements for pharmaceutical R&D and testing.
• Supporting Indicators: The combination of the advanced return air system and FFU air conditioners ensures the stability of air pressure and cleanliness inside the laboratory, and the equipment operation is adapted to the environmental requirements of daily laboratory testing.
