Operating room is the highest standard system in hospital, the wall and ceiling system, HVAC, filtering system, floor must be meet with GMP standard.
In this project, the wall and ceiling panels adopt handmade rockwool sandwich panels. Its good advantage including energy saving and heat preservation, uniform distribution of fibers, good heat preservation effect with thermal conductivity of 0.040w/m·k. The installation is flexible and fast, and the construction period can be shortened by more than 40%. Green and environmentally friendly, handmade rock wool products do not contain asbestos and other carcinogens, do not damage corrosion and contact materials, and are safe green building materials.

The connection parts adopt aluminum alloy profile which is not easy to collect dust. In design, it adopts component installation, which greatly enhances its flexibility. Direct extrusion molding, no electric welding, beautiful appearance. According to the requirements of the operating room, taking into account the requirements of dust removal, create a room without dead ends as much as possible, and the dust can be removed more easily and conveniently, thereby improving the cleanliness.

Electric airtight sliding doors not only play the characteristics of airtight doors, but also have the effect of protecting against ionizing radiation. They are widely used in various departments of hospitals and have high cost performance. The airtight sliding door is a sliding set door that integrates air tightness, sound insulation, heat preservation, compression resistance, dust prevention, fire prevention and radiation protection.

Surgery is an intense work that lasts for a long time in a relatively compact place without windows. Therefore, operating room lighting must consider reducing the fatigue of related personnel. Generally, the illumination requirements are relatively high, and the lamps are required to have good diffusivity, a cover, and a firm structure. The operating room is the place where the most precise work is performed in the hospital. The horizontal illumination is usually 750 ~ 1000 lx, and the vertical illumination is not less than 1/2 of the horizontal illumination. The installation of LED panel lights is denser than other places, and the color rendering index is high, which ensures the illumination requirements in the operating room.
