3. For the initial test run, place the indicator pin controlled by the pressure regulator on 6, pour the powder into the bucket, turn the test handwheel manually, adjust the filling and pressure at the same time, gradually increase the weight and hardness of the tablet to meet the requirements of the finished product, then start the motor first, then open the clutch, and carry out the formal operation and production. During the production process, the quality of the tablet must be checked regularly to see whether it meets the requirements, and adjust it if necessary.

4. The selection of speed has a direct impact on the service life of the machine. Since the property viscosity of raw materials and the size and pressure of sheet diameter cannot be uniformly specified in use, the machine's structure is a stepless speed change device. The slow speed is suitable for pressing minerals, plant elements, large sheet diameter, viscosity difference, etc. and fast and difficult to shape materials. It is fast and suitable for pressing and bonding materials with good lubricity and easy molding. Therefore, the user must be determined according to the actual situation.

5. The management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, operating principle of the control mechanism of the machine and shall not leave the work site during operation.
