2. Adjustment of film output
Turn the handwheel to raise the lower punch to the highest position, and observe whether the lower punch surface is aligned with the plane of the middle mold (or high or low will affect the plate output). If it is not aligned, loosen the butterfly screw, loosen the gear press plate and turn it to the upper adjustment gear, so that the lower punch surface is aligned with the plane of the middle mold, and then still press the pressure plate up and tighten the butterfly screw.
So far, shake the handwheel by hand, and the empty car will run for more than ten revolutions. If the machine runs normally, you can add material for pressure test and make the next adjustment.
3. Adjustment of filling depth (i.e. adjustment of tablet weight)
Loosen the butterfly screw and loosen the gear press plate. Turn the lower adjusting gear to the left to raise the lower plunger, and the filling depth will be reduced (the weight of the tablet will be reduced). After adjustment, still press the gear tooth pressing plate and tighten the butterfly screw.
4. Pressure adjustment (i.e. tablet hardness adjustment)
Loosen the locking nut of the connecting rod, turn the upper punch core rod, turn left to make the upper punch core rod move downward, then the pressure will increase, and the hardness of the pressed tablets will increase; On the contrary, if you turn to the right, the pressure will decrease and the tablet hardness will decrease. After adjustment, use a wrench to clamp the hexagonal at the lower part of the upper plunger and still lock the connecting rod lock nut. So far, the adjustment of the die has been basically completed. Then start the motor to test more than ten pieces, and check the weight, hardness and surface finish of the pieces. If they are qualified, they can be put into production. During the production process, the quality of tablets must still be checked at any time and adjusted in time.
