For the suction air conditioning system, during the operation in winter and summer, the condensed water caused by the steam spray humidification system or the condensed water generated by the air cooling treatment cannot be discharged from the air treatment room and accumulates in the air treatment room or the water collecting tray. During the operation of the air-conditioning system, it is often easy to move the air supply control point of the system and the indoor relative humidity cannot be guaranteed.
The reason for the above situation is that because the suction air system is in operation, the air conditioner is in a negative pressure state (that is, the pressure inside the air conditioner is lower than the air pressure outside it). It is also impossible to drain the accumulated water in the air conditioner during operation. Once the fan stops running, the accumulated water in the air conditioner will flow out through the joint of the drain pipe and the air conditioner.
The reason for such problems is basically that the water seal is not installed on the air-conditioning drain pipe or although the water seal is installed, but the size of the water seal is not suitable, so that the air-conditioning system is in operation due to the negative pressure inside it. The stagnant water cannot be drained. The specific size of the water seal should be determined according to the negative pressure value at the drain.
In some places, because the base of the air conditioner is too low, it is impossible to seal the water on the floor. If the air conditioner is located on the ground floor, a pit can be made on the floor and the water seal can be placed in the pit. If the air conditioner is located on the floor and its base is too low to be used as a pit and water seal, then the drain pipe can be connected to the outside of the wall, water seal can be made on the outer wall, and the water outlet of the water seal can be connected to on the roof drain.
