For the use of the V-type mixer, first open the feeding port of the mixer when it is running with materials, confirm whether the feeding port is closed, and put the specified amount of materials into the V-type hopper according to the process control requirements. After feeding, the feeding port shall be closed and locked to prevent material from flowing out during mixing. Next is the working time of the machine. Turn on the power button, turn the stop button to the left, start the reverse button of the mixer, and adjust the motor speed to 600 r/min within the speed specified by the process. After the mixing reaches the specified time of the process, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, make the discharge opening of the mixer face the ground. Adjust the motor speed button to position 0. The V-type mixer will turn the stop button to the right to cut off the power. The last is discharging: open the feeding port of the V-type mixer, and use the specified container to load at the discharging port until all the materials in the hopper are discharged.

There are still many things we should pay attention to during the installation and use of the V-type mixer, which will help us maintain the V-type mixer and increase its service life.

1. Installation: place the machine stably, install the machine feet and level them so that the machine can operate freely.

2. Before use, add oil to the place where oil must be added, and then conduct no-load operation. Check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the electrical system is normal, and whether the machinery operates normally. If there is any abnormality, carry out repair and commissioning.

3. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover for feeding, and the feeding amount shall not exceed the specified volume, then close the feeding cover, start the machine for operation, and stop the machine for inspection in case of any abnormality on the way.

4. The inside and outside of the hopper must be washed clean when changing varieties. It is suitable for mixing powder or granular materials in chemical, food, medicine, feed, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries. The machine is reasonable in structure, simple in operation, closed in operation, and convenient for feeding and discharging. The cylinder (manual or vacuum feeding) is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean.
