Project Key Challenge

1. The pharmaceutical industry has stringent requirements for the stability of clean room cleanliness and production compliance. ISO7+ISO8 clean areas need to be free from contaminant intrusion throughout the process, and comprehensive after-sales support is required after project delivery to ensure continuous production operation.

The project location is under harsh environmental conditions with muddy roads, hot and humid climate, and frequent rainfall leading to unstable power supply, which is likely to affect the construction progress; the professional adaptability of local construction workers is limited, requiring simplified operation processes to reduce construction difficulty.

3. Clean room construction involves a large variety of equipment and accessories, and material supply is inconvenient in local Africa. This almost demanding meticulous preparation not only avoids delays in the installation process due to insufficient parts, but also makes customers feel our service philosophy of "starting from the end" - we strive to make every aspect perfect in every step.

During the on-site construction process, the collaboration with local workers was smooth and efficient, which was attributed to the meticulous and comprehensive design concept we had in place beforehand. Our design plan took into account the convenience of actual operation, simplifying complex procedures into intuitive steps, enabling local workers to quickly get started without the need for additional training. The environmental conditions at the project site were quite challenging, with muddy roads and a humid and hot climate. However, our team, leveraging their rich on-site experience, calmly addressed the challenges and ensured that the work progress was not disrupted. Particularly in terms of the weather, there was frequent rainfall every day, causing unstable power supply and power outages becoming the norm. In response to this, we had deployed an efficient backup generator system in advance. Once a power outage occurred, it was immediately activated to ensure the continuous operation of the construction equipment, and never did the overall progress get affected due to the weather. This proactive preparation allowed the project to proceed as planned in harsh conditions, fully demonstrating our adaptability and responsibility.

Cleanliness Indicators:

  • Suspended Particles: In ISO 7 zones, particles ≥0.5μm ≤ 352,000 counts/m³; in ISO 8 zones ≤ 3,520,000 counts/m³. Actual measured data exceeded standards by 15%-20%.
  • Microbial Control: Settling bacteria and airborne bacteria tests showed "Not Detected" or far below alert limits for three consecutive batches, perfectly meeting pharmacopoeia requirements.
  • Pressure Stability: Pressure differences between rooms of different levels remained stable at ≥10-15Pa.
  • Dynamic noise: ≤60dB(A); illuminance on main operation surfaces ≥300Lux, meeting comfort and operational visibility requirements.
  • Temperature & Humidity Precision: the temperature is stably maintained at 20-24℃ and humidity at 45-60% RH even in the hot and humid environment, adapting to the needs of pharmaceutical production;
