Project Key Challenge

The project site has limited space, and it is necessary to achieve a complete functional layout for changing clothes, washing hands, air showering, and production connection within a small area. For the food packaging and paste storage sections, separate clean air showers and professional refrigeration equipment need to be configured. The compatibility between the equipment and the clean area is highly required.

The changing room install at the entrance of air shower and food packing room. Total area is 7500*4100mm, the space is limited but the function is very complete.

Core Design Concept: Combined with the personnel flow direction of food packaging production, plan a one-way personnel flow line (shoe changing → dressing → hand washing → air shower → production area), and design an independent exit channel from the production area to the changing room to realize no cross of personnel flow; stratify and plan functional areas within the limited space of 7500*4100mm to maximize space utilization and ensure smooth connection of all links.

1. From the first door enter, there ‘s a shoes bench, people will change their shoes first.
2. Next room is a clothes changing room, people will wear the clean clothes here, then put into a stainless steel 304 locker. After that, will move to next room for washing. There’s a hand washing basin and hand dryer.
3. Due to the direction for enter and exit is unidirectional, at the outside design a tunnel for exit from packing room to changing room.
4. The changing room design ISO8 clean grade, the mainly material adopt GMP sandwich panel, LED panel light, color steel door, 3C double layer windows, emergency light, exhaust fan, cleanroom stainless steel 304 locker, stainless steel 304 shoes bench, stainless steel 304 wash basin, hand dryer.

Meeting Core Indicators

• Cleanliness Indicators: The changing room and supporting clean area stably meet the ISO 8 cleanliness standard, and the test values of key indicators such as suspended particles and settling bacteria are all better than the clean standards of the food processing industry
• Production Aspect: Within the total planned area of 30 ㎡ and the limited space of 7500*4100mm for the changing room, the full functions of shoe changing, dressing, hand washing and one-way passage have been realized; the optimized personnel flow line has improved the efficiency of the clean pre-process of food packaging production; the customized design of cargo air shower and cold storage sliding door ensures the convenience of cargo transfer and paste storage, and adapts to the actual process requirements of the customer's food production.

The story between SZ-PHARMA and customer

This is the second time we cooperate with our client, in 2018 client purchase the AHU, cargo air shower ,dehumidifier and ozone generator for packing room, a custom cold room for paste.

The cargo air shower need to design according the max pallet size. The bottom plate is 5mm thickness stainless steel plate, so that the cargo will easy to pass the air shower.

Air-cooled direct expansion air conditioning unit: R410a refrigerant compressor, with frequency converter, including three kinds of filters, primary efficiency, medium efficiency and high efficiency filter.

For the cold room, the panel adopt one side stainless steel 304 one side color steel sheet. Stainless steel 304 panel have good wear-resistant and low-temperature resistant. To reach better cooling effect the room door use stainless steel sliding door which easy to pass cargo.
