What are the installation precautions?

1. Before installation, it is important that the dimensional efficiency requirements of high-efficiency air supply outlet must meet the on-site design requirements of clean room and customer application standards

2. Before the installation of high-efficiency air supply outlet, the products shall be cleaned and the clean room shall be cleaned in an all-round way. If the dust in the air conditioning system is purified, it shall be cleaned and removed only when it meets the cleaning requirements. In addition, the interlayer or ceiling also needs to be cleaned. The air conditioning system must be run in for more than 12h and cleaned again.

3. The safe transportation of high-efficiency air supply outlet shall be placed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's signs and directions. It shall be handled with care during the transportation process, and violent vibration and collision shall be avoided.

4. Before the installation of high-efficiency air supply outlet, the appearance of the air supply outlet package shall be inspected on site, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged; Whether the side length, diagonal and thickness meet the requirements; Whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (gold frame); Whether there is product certificate and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements.

5. Carry out leakage detection of high-efficiency air supply outlet, and check whether the leakage is qualified. During installation, it shall be reasonably allocated according to the resistance of each air supply outlet. For one-way flow, the difference between the rated resistance of each set and the average resistance of each set on the same air outlet or air supply surface shall be less than 5%. High efficiency air supply outlet of clean room with cleanliness level equal to or higher than 100.
