Before the die device, first remove the hopper, powder feeder, feeder frame and other parts, wipe the working surface of the rotary table, die hole and installed die one by one, make preparations, and install according to the following steps.

(1) Middle mold device: the middle mold fastening screws on the rotary table shall be put out one by one in the same area as the outer circle of the rotary table, so that the middle mold is not put into contact with the head of the screw. The middle mold device is very tight, so it should be placed flat. The middle mold rod (with a tool) can be used to punch through the upper hole, so that the hammer can be used to drive gently, and the middle mold can enter the mold. It is qualified that the plane of the hole cannot be higher than the plane of the turntable, and then tighten the screws.

(2) Upward punching device: pull up the tongue at the notch of the upper guide plate, apply some vegetable oil on the tail of the middle rod, insert it into the hole one by one, rotate the punch with your thumb and forefinger, and check that the head enters the middle mold up and down and rotates flexibly, and it is qualified if there is no hard rubbing. Pull down the tongue after all the parts are installed.

(3) Punch down device: open the small door on the main body and install it through the round hole of the main body. The installation method is the same as that of the punch up device. After installation, the disc must be covered flat.

(4) After all the die sets are completed, install the removed parts according to the original position, continue to rotate the test handwheel manually to make the turntable rotate 1-2 turns, observe that the upper and lower punching into the middle die hole and the action on the curve guide must be flexible without collision and hard friction, start the motor, make the car run for 2-3 minutes without load, and then put it into production when it is stable and normal.
