Fan Filter Unit(FFU)

FFU can be used in modular connection, which makes FFU widely used in dust-free room, dust-free console, dust-free production line, assembled dust-free room, local class 100 and other applications. FFU is equipped with primary and high-efficiency two-stage filter screen. The fan sucks the air from the top of FFU and filters it through primary and high-efficiency filters.
