Install

Choose the right HEPA box for a specific cleanroom class and size.

Clean and prepare the installation site by removing any debris or contamination.

Install the HEPA box according to the instructions we provide, making sure it is firmly seated and level.

Open a hole in the ceiling of the clean room and install the HEPA box on the ceiling.

And hang it on the ceiling with a screw rod for fixing.

Connect the air supply and exhaust hoses to the HEPA box, making sure they are properly sealed.

Finally, the construction of the clean room is completed, and the room is cleaned, and the filter is installed in the HEPA box.

Turn on the HVAC system, HEPA box and verify it is running at the correct air flow.

Daily maintenance

Regularly inspect the HEPA cartridge for any signs of damage or wear, such as tears in the filter media or leaks in the air supply or exhaust hoses.

Clean the air supply and exhaust hoses as needed to remove any debris or contamination.

Replace the HEPA filter air as we recommend, usually every 6-12 months.

Monitor the air flow through the HEPA box and make adjustments as necessary to maintain the desired air flow.

Perform a pressure drop test as we recommend to ensure the HEPA box is operating at the correct pressure drop.
