ISO 8 turnkey cleanroom classification focuses on measuring particles of 0.5 micrometers or larger. The efficiency of the high-efficiency air filter filtration system needs to reach 99.97%, and it is recommended to replace the air at least 20 times per hour. Temperature and humidity are also important factors in the design of clean rooms. For example, the set point for ISO 8 environment should be around 20℃, and the set point for ISO 7 environment should be close to 17℃–18℃.

 

There are many ways to control indoor humidity.

  • Using a humidity regulator to control humidity locally

  • Using an ultrasonic humidifier to control humidity

  • Use a humidifier to reduce the temperature of the air flowing out of the cooling coil to enhance the dehumidification effect
