FAQ-What Is Clean Room?

A clean room is a room specially designed with special materials. There are a lot of dust, bacteria, germs, viruses and microorganisms in the air that we cannot see with the naked eye. Only by controlling the concentration and quantity of suspended particles in the air, the required particle cleanliness level can be achieved.

With a clean room, pollutants such as particles, harmful air, and bacteria in the air can be eliminated within a certain space.

According to different industry and product standards, the temperature, cleanliness, pressure, airflow velocity, airflow distribution, noise and vibration, lighting, and static electricity are controlled within a certain range of requirements.

The temperature and humidity of the clean room are mainly determined by the process requirements, but the comfort of people should be considered under the condition that the process requirements are met.

For example, the pharmaceutical production workshop generally requires a temperature of 22°C±2°C and a relative humidity within 55%±5%.

In addition, the change of external temperature and humidity has a great influence on the indoor temperature and humidity, so it is necessary to choose a reasonable temperature and humidity control scheme to ensure that the indoor temperature and humidity meet the design requirements.

Cleanliness refers to the degree of suspended particles contained in the air environment. In general, it refers to the number of particles greater than or equal to a certain particle size contained in a unit volume of air.The higher the suspended particles, the lower the cleanliness, and the lower the suspended particles, the higher the cleanliness.
