Q: What payment way do you accept? Accept BTC? How can I pay?
A: Our payment way including T/T(bank transfer), Alibaba App, cash. Other ways we we don’t have account.
Q:What’s the delivery time? How long will take the delivery from the point I pay u ?
A:For custom design our production time is 20 working days; stock list design could delivery within 2 days. Shipping by express will take 5-7 days to customer address.
Q:How much of the delivery cost?
A: With international courier for free(DHL,FEDEX,TNT, UPS,SF)
Q: How to start the order?
A: Pay by Alibaba App :
We will open alibaba order payment link and customer click to pay; then we will receive the money from Alibaba and order can be going fast
Provide us your email and phone number and final mailing address in your country, then we can start the order
Pay by T/T:
We will send a proforma invoice to customer, according our payment route to finish the payment.
After paid, then we can start the order
Q: Can we do credit card payment through alibaba?
A: Yes, the alibaba accept: VISA, mastercard, T/T, Paypal, online transfer, Apple pay, Google pay

Q:When do you have the tracking number?
A: After the punch die finish, we will send final picture to confirm with customer
The tracking number will send within 3 days after finish production.
Q:Can you custom design?
A:Yes, we accept custom design, if you have logo or picture we can make same one.
Q:What is your production quality guarantee?
A:Our punch die products have lifetime guarantee, if the products broken we will send free to you(except man-made damage).

A:We are manufacturer in Suzhou,China.

A:We could ship the products to worldwide. Delivery to all regions.
