Clean room monthly maintenance content

1. Cleaning and sanitation of the ceiling of the clean room. If cracks or corrosion or coating conditions are found on the ceiling and wall, sealant and decontamination must be performed.

2. The turnkey cleanroom and sanitation work in the return air duct includes the cleaning of glass surfaces, color steel surfaces and floors.

3. Purify the air conditioner by cleaning and scrubbing once a month.

4. Check the rotation of fans, air valves, etc., the lubrication of rotating parts, bearings and bearing seats, and add lubricating oil regularly to ensure flexible rotation.

5.PVC plastic floor

In order to reduce the wear and tear on the surface of the plastic floor, prolong the service life of the floor, and keep the floor clean and beautiful, regular and thorough cleaning, waxing and maintenance are required. Usually once a month from January to February.

Clean room annual maintenance content

1. During the season when the equipment is not in use, the heat exchanger should be filled with water (close the water outlet valve first, then the water inlet valve) to reduce the corrosion of the pipes, but in cold and freezing areas in winter, the remaining water should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking the copper pipes .

2. (Especially for the purified air conditioning box located in the cold) After two years of operation, chemical methods should be used to remove the scale in the copper tube of the heat exchanger, and the dirt on the surface of the heat exchanger should be washed with compressed air or water until it is clean.

3. Check whether there is rust and paint peeling inside the air-conditioning box, water tank, air duct, etc., remove and repair the paint in time; check whether the air-conditioning control valves in each part are damaged, and repair them in time; check the electric control boxes, switchboards, and electrical connections Whether there is looseness and heating, whether the instrument is operating normally, etc., and repair it in time; regularly inspect and calibrate the measurement and control instrument equipment to ensure that its control is accurate and reliable.

4. Adjust the tightness of the belt of the air-conditioning fan, check the tightness of the fan drive belt or stop the hand pressure more than 10mm and adjust it to less than 10mm. If the belt is damaged, it should be replaced and matched in time.

5. Under normal circumstances, the high-efficiency air filter is generally replaced once every 5 years without damage or excess resistance. The primary air filter filter bag can be replaced according to different products and cleaning quality. Replace it directly when the pressure difference is doubled.

Note: The high-efficiency air filter should be replaced if the following conditions are found:

The airflow velocity is reduced to the limit, even after replacing the primary and medium-efficiency filters, the airflow velocity still cannot be increased;

The resistance of the high-efficiency air filter is 1.5-2 times of the initial resistance, and the air volume of the high-efficiency air filter is 70% of the original air volume;

The HEPA filter is broken and leaking beyond repair.

6. The general service life of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is 3000h, but it needs to be replaced when the efficiency drops to 70%; the replacement, maintenance, maintenance and other conditions should be registered and recorded for future reference and management.

Clean room regular maintenance

1. Number of dust particles

Regularly use a dust particle counter to measure the number of dust particles above 0.5 μm and above 5 μm.

2. Bacteria count

Regularly measure the number of colonies such as sedimentation bacteria and planktonic bacteria with a microbial analyzer.

3. Air volume

Measure the differential pressure of high-efficiency filters for air conditioners, and check for leaks caused by clogged filters, gaps in the installation part, or damaged surfaces of filters. Twice a year, use an anemometer to check the air volume of the supply air and return air.
