Laminar air flow hood is an air purification unit that can provide a locally dust-free and sterile environment, and can be flexibly placed above any area that requires high cleanliness. Compared with traditional prefabricated cleanroom, laminar flow hoods have the advantages of low investment, short cycle, low requirements for factory construction, and easy installation.
Laminar flow hood can be applied to local purification in places such as pharmaceuticals, microbiology research, and scientific experiments. Some clean air circulates in the work area, the other is discharged to nearby areas, creating negative pressure in the work area to prevent cross contamination and ensure a high cleanliness environment in the work area.
The laminar flow hood can also perform dust and reagent weighing and packaging work inside. It can not only control the overflow and upward movement of dust and reagents, prevent the inhalation hazards of dust and reagents to the human body, but also avoid cross contamination of dust and reagents, and protect the safety of the external environment and indoor personnel.
The laminar flow hood adopts vertical unidirectional airflow form. The air supply first needs to be pre filtered through primary filter to remove large dust particles in the airflow. After primary treatment, the air is filtered again through filter to fully protect the filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the filter is used to achieve cleanliness requirements. All airflow are processed by filters, so there is no residual dust in the air supply and exhaust, avoiding secondary pollution.
The overall design of the laminar flow hood adopts modular design, with each unit composed separately and capable of being installed and debugged as equipment. In terms of the installation form and sealing of the filter, the installation structure of the liquid tank sealed filter can technically ensure that there is no air pollution leakage downstream of the filter, and it is easy to install and replace. Plate type medium efficiency filter can be installed at the return air outlet, and differential pressure gauge can be installed for easy replacement if necessary. For the static pressure box section, as it is a positive pressure structure, the sealing requirements for the ceiling are not very high, so the structural requirements can be simplified. The lighting adopts teardrop type lamps, which are universal for maintenance and replacement. The uniform flow and air supply panel adopts imported polymer uniform flow film with advanced European technology, which has low resistance, uniform airflow, and high transparency, making it easy to clean and install.
