1. Blister forming
According to the principle of blister forming is that the PVC film (hard sheet) is heated and passed through the mold and then formed into the required shape and size of the blister by compressed air or vacuum. 2. Heat and pressure sealing
In the hot-press sealing process of the roller-type aluminum-plastic blister packaging, the PVC tape and the aluminum foil are hot-pressed by a roller-shaped heat-sealing roller and anilox roller that are parallel to each other under a certain temperature and pressure. Sealed. The contact between the heat-sealing roller and the anilox roller is a linear contact, and the required pressure is relatively small. In the heat sealing process of flat aluminum-plastic blister packaging, the PVC tape and the aluminum foil are heat-sealed in the same plane by a flat heat-sealing plate and a textured plate parallel to each other under a certain temperature and pressure. suitable. The contact between the heat-sealing plate and the anilox plate is planar contact, and the pressure required is relatively large. Regardless of whether it is drum type or flat type heat sealing, when the heat seal pattern is unclear and the depth of the pattern is not clear.
1. Problems such as blisters caused by the movement of the PVC belt during heat sealing need to be solved from the following aspects:
(1) Whether the aluminum foil is a qualified product, and whether the heat-sealing surface is coated with hot melt that meets the requirements; (2) Whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low; (3) Whether there is abnormal resistance to the operation of the PVC tape or aluminum foil; (4) Whether the heat-sealing mold is qualified, whether the surface is flat and smooth, and whether the blister formed on the PVC tape can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the heat-sealing roller (plate); (5) The mesh on the anilox roller (plate) (6) Whether the cooling system of the heat-sealing mold works normally and effectively; (7) Whether the pressure required for heat-sealing is normal; (8) Whether the heat-sealing roller (plate) and anilox roller (plate) ) is parallel.
3. Some state-of-the-art aluminum-plastic blister packaging machines are equipped with various automatic monitoring devices, which can play various protective functions, and automatically stop the operation of the machine when the following problems are found:
