Clean room needs to remove pollutants such as particles, harmful air and bacteria in the air within a certain range. The composition of the clean room:

1. Building envelope standard
The surface of the clean room should be smooth, tight interface, no cracks. The materials selected for clean room construction should be resistant to cleaning and disinfection. The boundary between walls, walls and ceilings, walls and floor should be curved, to reduce the accumulation of pollutants.
2. Illumination standard
The shape of the lamp can not accumulate dust, so the design must be in accordance with the requirements of fluid mechanics, without any convex, concave, gap and segment difference. The surface should be smooth and uniform, can not absorb dust, can be met by anti-static treatment. The lamp should not obstruct airflow, so it is designed to be recessed, that is, installed into the ceiling of the clean room. When the lamp is embedded in the ceiling, the gap should be installed with reliable sealing measures.
3. Temperature and humidity standard
The temperature and humidity of the clean area should be appropriate to the requirements of the application site. When there is no special requirement, the temperature should be controlled between 18 ℃ and 26℃, and the relative humidity should be controlled between 45% and 65%.
4. Air clean standard
The air supplied to clean areas must be purified. The air entering the clean area is generally filtered by the air conditioning system through the three-stage filter (coarse effect, medium effect and high efficiency) to make the air reach the required clean level. The clean room should have a certain air supply volume of air conditioning. The necessary pressure gradient (positive or negative pressure gradient) should be maintained in the clean room. And the clean room should have reasonable air distribution.
