The purification level of a Class 1000 cleanroom is ISO Level 6, which means that the number of particles in each cubic meter of air does not exceed 1000; The purification level of the Class 10000 cleanroom is ISO 7, which means that the number of particles in each cubic meter of air does not exceed 10000. Therefore, the purification effect of a Class 1000 cleanroom is better than that of a Class 10000 cleanroom, which can better ensure the quality and safety of products.
Different purification levels
The main difference between a Class 1000 cleanroom and a Class 10000 cleanroom is their cleanliness. Different cleanrooms have different air exchange rates, dust particle capacities, dust particle filtration, air volume, equipment, and cost. The cleanroom level of Class 1000 is higher than that of Class 10000, so the cost is also high. The humidity requirement for a Class 1000 cleanroom is 55 ± 5%, with less than 50000 dust particles of 5 microns. Ten thousand level refers to dust particles with a particle size of 0.5 microns that do not exceed 10000 in one cubic British scale. The number of particles larger than or equal to 0.5 microns shall not exceed 350000 (this is 1 cubic meter), and the number of particles larger than or equal to 5 microns shall not exceed 2000.
When there are no special requirements for temperature and humidity in a Class 10000 cleanroom, it is advisable to wear clean work clothes that do not cause discomfort, and the temperature is generally controlled at 20-22 ℃ in winter; Summer temperature ranges from 24 to 26 ℃; Fluctuations of ± 2 ℃. The humidity in the clean room should be controlled at 30-50% in winter and 50-70% in summer.

The Class 1000 cleanroom is mainly used for producing high-precision and high demand products, such as integrated circuits, semiconductors, optical instruments, etc; The Class 10000 cleanroom is mainly used for producing general electronic products, medical equipment, food, etc. Therefore, the application scope of Class 1000 cleanrooms is more specialized and high-end than that of Class 10000 cleanrooms.
