Technical Analysis: Air Shower Room
Before entering the clean room, it is necessary to pass through the air shower door (air shower room), which aims to blow away the dust attached to the human body and carried items entering the purification plant. At the same time, the front and rear doors of the air shower room are interlocked, which also serves as an air lock to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area.
Regulations for the use of air shower doors: 1. Before entering the air shower room, personnel should wear clean dust-free clothing, dust-free hats, dust-free gloves and other protective equipment, and ensure that the clothing is worn properly to avoid wrinkles and gaps.
2. No debris is allowed to be stored in the air shower room to avoid pollution.
3. When personnel enter the air shower room, the front door of the air shower room should be closed to ensure that the two doors are electronically interlocked to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean room.
4. During the air shower operation, personnel should lift and rotate their hands 360 degrees according to instructions to ensure that their entire body is blown by the wind, and pat their bodies to achieve the purification effect.
5. The air shower time is generally 20-60 seconds. After the air shower is over, the door will automatically open and personnel will quickly leave the air shower room.
Maintenance and upkeep: 1. The indoor wall of the air shower can be covered with adhesive dust pads, but the air outlet and return air outlet cannot be blocked. Regularly check the dirt condition of the adhesive dust pads and update them in a timely manner.
2. Clean each nozzle in the air shower room once a week, using a clean damp cloth to wipe and ensure that the nozzle is unobstructed.
3. Regularly inspect the fans, filters, and other equipment in the air shower room, and promptly report any problems for repair.
4. If any abnormal situation is found during the use of the air shower room, it should be immediately stopped and repaired in a timely manner.
5. The air shower room should be kept dry, ventilated, and avoid direct sunlight.
Fault handling: The fan in the air shower room is not working. When the air shower room is not working, check immediately whether the emergency switch on the outer box of the air shower room is cut off. If it is confirmed to be cut off, gently press it with your hand and rotate it to the right to release it.
Check if the 380V three-phase four wire circuit is reversed when the fan is reversed or the wind speed in the air shower room is low. Generally, the manufacturer of the air shower room will have a dedicated electrician to connect the wires during factory installation;
If the wire source of the air shower room is reversed, it may cause the fan in the air shower room to not work or the wind speed in the reversed air shower room to decrease. In severe cases, it may burn the entire circuit board in the air shower room;
It is recommended that companies using air shower rooms do not easily replace the wiring. If it is necessary to move it due to production needs, please consult the air shower room manufacturer for a solution.
In addition to the above three points, it is also necessary to check whether the emergency stop button inside the air shower room is pressed. If the emergency stop button is colored, the air shower room will not blow; Pressing the emergency stop button again will enable normal operation.
The light sensing system in the lower right corner of the box in the air shower room cannot automatically sense the air shower. Check if the light sensing device is installed correctly. If the two sides of the light sensing are facing each other and the light sensing is normal, it can automatically sense the air shower.
Check if the initial and high-efficiency filters in the air shower room have accumulated too much dust when the wind speed is low for a period of time. If so, replace the filters. The initial filter in the air shower room is usually replaced every 1-6 months, and the high-efficiency filter in the air shower room is usually replaced every 6-12 months.
