Focuses On Professional Cleanroom Project And Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Equipment.

Standard Clean Room Layout Design

A Cleanroom is a room specifically designed to control the amount of particles in the environment. These rooms are widely used in pharmaceutical, semiconductor manufacturing, biotechnology, precision machining and other industries to ensure the high quality of products and the reliability of the production process. A standard clean room layout design usually includes the following key components:

  • Entrance area:

Dressing room: Staff need to replace special clean clothes, shoes and hats before entering the cleanroom/dust-free workshop.

Airlock/air shower: Used to reduce the amount of particulates brought in when staff enter and exit.

l Air conditioning system:

High Efficiency filter (HEPA or ULPA) : Removes particles from the air.

Temperature and humidity control system: Maintain constant temperature and humidity conditions.

Pressure difference control: Ensure that the pressure inside the dust-free room is higher than the outside to prevent pollutants from entering.

  • Production equipment area:

Production area: Depending on the production process, it may be divided into different grade areas.

Workstations: Equipped with necessary tools and equipment to carry out production activities.

  • Material Preparation and Storage Area:

Raw material handling area: Pre-treatment of raw materials, such as cleaning, inspection, etc.

Material storage area: Storage of processed raw materials and finished products.

  • Waste disposal area:

Waste collection point: Used to collect the waste generated in the production process.

Clean area: Treatment and disinfection of waste to prevent the spread of contamination.

  • Material/personal channel:

Pedestrian channel: The path for people to enter and exit.

Material channels: Transport routes for materials and products, usually separate from human traffic, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

The following factors also need to be considered when designing a dust-free workshop:

Airflow organization: Reasonable airflow direction and speed can effectively reduce particle deposition.

Lighting and noise control: Use dust proof lamps to control noise levels.

Safety measures: set up emergency exits, fire facilities, etc.

Maintenance and cleaning: Develop a regular cleaning and maintenance plan to ensure that the environment continues to meet standards.
