The following work should be done well for the operation management of purification air conditioning system and clean room:

1. Ensure the required air temperature and relative humidity in the clean room

In the clean room, if the air temperature is too low, it is not convenient for the normal operation; If the temperature is too high, the indoor staff will produce too much sweat, and the sweat will volatilize into small particles into the air, which will increase the number of dust particles in the clean indoor air, and then reduce its cleanliness level, which can not meet the requirements of process conditions.

Therefore, ensuring the required air temperature and relative humidity in the clean room is a necessary condition for the air conditioning system.

2. Ensure cleanliness of clean room

To ensure the cleanliness required in the clean room, the air entering the clean room must be clean for the normally operating purification air conditioning system and clean room. The people and objects entering the clean room should undergo necessary purification treatment to minimize the amount of dust brought into the clean room by people and objects. To ensure the cleanliness of the clean room, the following main measures should be taken: measures to ensure human cleanliness; Ensure the purification of materials entering the clean room; Ensure that the air entering the clean room is clean; Ensure the air supply volume of the purification air conditioning system; Ensure the positive and static pressure in the clean room as required; Try to reduce the dust production in the clean room; Ensure regular cleaning of the clean room.

1) Measures taken by the guarantor

The pollutants emitted by the human body mainly include the pollutants and carry-over produced by itself. Human purification measures mainly include water washing, shoes changing, clothes changing and air drenching:

(1) Water washing. Wash hands, face and even the whole body with water to remove temporary attachments and accumulated body surface excretions.

(2) Change clothes and shoes. In order to reduce the pollutants brought into the clean room from the outside, people entering the clean room usually change their shoes and clothes. At least take off the outdoor shoes, clothes and hairy underwear. For the sterile industry, take off all the outdoor clothes and underwear, and then change to clothes suitable for the work in the clean room or sterile room. Outgoing shoes carry the most pollutants, which must be treated by water washing, dust suction and adhesion at the entrance to avoid serious pollution of the entrance hall.

(3) Air blowing and drenching. Air purging is to use high-speed clean air to purge the temporary attachments on the whole body clothing and the naked body surface. Three measures, including washing, changing clothes and air purging, can reduce the external pollutants carried by human clothing to a certain extent, reduce the pollution caused by direct contact, and isolate most of the body and underwear from the indoor air. Make the hair and skin peelings and underwear fibers not easy to spread out, so as to reduce the amount of dust particles emitted by the human body in the clean room.
