The flow performance of the solder is good; the butt welding of the copper pipes of the same diameter should be in the form of insertion welding. It is best to place the pipe vertically during welding; the seamless steel pipe is generally welded by electric welding, and gas welding should not be used, because the stress of gas welding is difficult to eliminate, and the butt welding method can be used. Welding can be carried out only after it has been processed into a suitable groove in advance; repair welding cannot be carried out under the condition of pressure in the pipeline system, otherwise the operation is not safe and the repair welding quality is not good; the paint and rust on the surface should be removed before repair welding. Layer, and wipe with emery cloth; threaded connection is used for copper pipe, flange connection is used for seamless steel pipe, these two connection methods can be dismantled. The elbow should be processed by a pipe bending machine or a pipe bending tool to ensure that the elbow is smooth and flat, and the throttle valve should be as close to the evaporator as possible. , in order to reduce the loss of cooling capacity; the connecting pipe should be equipped with anti-vibration measures, and the longer connecting pipe should be supported by a shelf to avoid vibration damage or bumping. When connecting the larger pipe with the equipment, it is strictly required to be vertical and horizontal, so that the refrigerant is in a straight line. To reduce vibration due to movement, pipe sleeves should be installed when the hot and cold pipes pass through the wall; for parallel equipment, the piping must be arranged symmetrically, so that the liquid supply is uniform, and the pipes should be arranged neatly and beautifully.
