Recently, our overseas clean room project has progressed very smoothly. About the AHU system, we chose the platform hoisting method. This hoisting method needs to confirm with the workshop director before starting work whether the six support points of the steel structure platform correspond to the size of the AHU feet, and whether the hoisting position of the AHU matches the position of the air supply outlet, so as not to affect the subsequent installation of air ducts.
On-site lifting site coordination: Construction can begin after determining the tonnage of the crane can withstand the unit and the surrounding environment is suitable for installation. The shackle of the AHU is installed at the top four corners of the equipment, and the AHU unit is fixed by bolts with the connecting part of the unit. Therefore, after the height of the steel frame is measured on site in advance, the shackles are installed at the four lifting ports at the bottom of the unit to ensure that the unit is successfully installed at one time.
The superior air duct of the clean room is made on site by the professional construction team of Suzhou Pharma. The key point is that the soft joint of the air duct and the unit should be waterproof, and the soft joint of the air duct flange and the unit flange should have room, so as to avoid the floor sinking and causing the soft joint to break. Attach a waterproof strip to the flange. After the installation of the air duct is completed, the connection of the HEPA box can be started.
