When the relative air humidity is required to be lower than 50% or even 45%, it is difficult to achieve the purpose of freezing and dehumidification. Among many dehumidification measures, lithium chloride rotary dehumidification is obviously more suitable.

Lithium chloride rotary dehumidifier is mainly composed of three parts: dehumidification system, regeneration system and control system. The structure of the rotary dehumidifier as the main dehumidification system is shown in the figure.

When the regeneration air temperature reaches 120~130℃, start the rotary dehumidifier and put it into work, and the system will turn into a dry state. Pay attention to maintaining the outlet water temperature of the fresh air surface cooler below 10°C. At this time, the room temperature gradually rises and the relative humidity drops; after 30~45min, the drying room reaches the required dry state.
