Installation of clean room equipment: 1. Clean room equipment should be stored in a cleaner environment before unpacking on site, and should be protected from moisture. Equipment should be removed from the outer packaging (except biological safety cabinets) in a designated uncontrolled environment, but the inner packaging must not be removed or damaged. The inner packaging of the equipment should be vacuumed from top to bottom in a controlled environment in the front room of the entrance, and then removed after cleaning. 2. The installation of clean room purification equipment should be completed after the interior decoration of the building and the construction and installation of the purification air-conditioning system, and after comprehensive cleaning and wiping, but the equipment connected to the enclosure structure or its exhaust and drainage pipes must be connected to the enclosure structure. At the same time, during construction, the arc transition should be made with the enclosure structure, the radius of curvature should not be less than 30mm, and the connection should be sealed to ensure strict cleaning. 3. If there are air pipes and water pipes in the biological safety cabinet of the clean clean room modular, they should be installed at the same time. When the exhaust branch pipes of multiple biological safety cabinets are connected to the closed exhaust riser pipes in the vertical shaft, the branch pipes should be equipped with a backflow prevention device, and should extend upwards at least 0.6m from the entrance of the riser. 4. After the clean clean room modular biological safety cabinet is installed in place, before connecting the exhaust duct, the installation frame of the high-efficiency filter and the entire filter element surface should be scanned for leaks. When there is a zero leakage exhaust device, the filter element surface should be leaked. 5. The installation of clean clean room modular equipment shall not affect the clean room parameters and service functions. When the equipment is installed, the purification air-conditioning system on site should have been running continuously for more than 24 hours. Any special equipment used for lifting, pulling or positioning of large equipment should be thoroughly cleaned before entering the clean room installation site, and should be inspected for scaling, peeling surfaces or materials unsuitable for a clean environment.
