Air shower room electric control technical requirements:

Both doors can be opened after the shower programme is complete.

Adopt automatic induction method to start the air shower, and the timer ends to blow the shower, (the double door adopts electric interlock); built-in emergency stop button, press the emergency stop button, both doors can be opened; both doors can be opened in case of power failure .

Air shower box and material requirements:

The box, inner and outer walls of the air shower are generally made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, with a thickness of ≥1.0MM. The chassis and floor of the air shower are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The bottom side of the box is surrounded by stainless steel. The air shower time is 0~99s. Adjustable; flat head ball nozzle, the direction can be adjusted 360°;Double door and door frame requirementsThe double door and door frame are made of 304 stainless steel, embedded with a laminated glass window, the glass is 5MM tempered glass, electronic interlock, the door and the door frame are flat, firm, seamless, and flexible to open;

Air shower assembly requirements:

The panels of the unit are spliced in the direction of the airflow, the units are assembled and connected in sections, and there is no gap around the panel structure;

Air filter installation requirements:

The air filter is installed flat and firm, and there is no obvious gap between the filter and the frame and the frame and the wall structure. The air filter has a filtration efficiency of 0.3 microns and a particle size of 99.99%, and it is placed behind the fan;
