Whether it is a large clean room or a small modular clean room, standard size panels are the main elements of a clean room. Secondly, the production time for non-standard size panel is no more than 3 days from the customer's order to delivery. In this way, in terms of delivery time, we have full confidence that it will not affect the delivery time.

Ready to ship

Before all the goods are produced, we will communicate with our own freight forwarder or the freight forwarder designated by the customer about the estimated shipping date and packing time.

If it is LCL by sea, we will deliver the goods to the designated location after booking.Or the customer arranges an agent to pick up the goods in our factory. For small equipment or projects, LCL is the best choice.

For large clean room projects or extraction equipment, customers usually arrange agents to pick up the goods at our factory.

Plan the stowage map in advance

After the goods are packed, we will have a special person to simulate the size of the goods according to the most space-saving and safe location to simulate a 20ft shipping container or a 40ft shipping container. Pre-position the goods so that all the goods are contained in the container as we planned. The goods can be placed precisely in the designated position, so that the container will be loaded quickly after it arrives at the factory.

Before the customer receives the goods, we will make the installation 3D video and drawings. All installation materials will show exactly the installation steps and sequence of each part.
