Before the equipment is transported to the site and unpacked, it shall be stored in a clean room and pay attention to moisture. When the site does not have indoor storage conditions for a while, it is allowed to store outdoors for a short time, but rain and moisture-proof measures shall be taken.

Article 3.6.5 the equipment shall have a certificate of conformity. The unpacking shall be carried out in a clean environment. After unpacking, the dust and oil dirt on the internal and external surfaces of the equipment shall be wiped off. After the unpacking inspection of the equipment is qualified, the equipment shall be installed immediately.

Article 3.6.6 the equipment shall be inspected according to the packing list and shall meet the following requirements:

1、 The equipment is free of missing parts, and the surface is free of damage and corrosion;

2、 All internal parts are firmly connected.

Article 3.6.7 generally, the equipment installation shall be carried out after the interior decoration of the building and the construction and installation of purified air conditioning system are completed, and the equipment shall be fully cleaned and wiped. However, when the equipment connected with the enclosure structure of the clean room (such as fresh air purification unit, residual pressure valve, transfer window, air shower room, airlock room, etc.) or its exhaust and drainage (such as exhaust clean workbench, biosafety cabinet, clean workbench and floor drain of purification air conditioner, etc.) pipes must be constructed and installed at the same time with the enclosure structure, the joints connected with the enclosure structure shall be sealed, Be tight and clean; The air (water) supply, return and exhaust ports of the equipment or its pipes shall be temporarily closed. After the installation of each equipment and before the clean room is put into operation, the air supply, return and exhaust ports of the equipment shall be closed.

Article 3.6.8 the ground on which the equipment is installed shall be horizontal and flat. After the equipment is installed in place, its longitudinal axis shall be vertical and its transverse axis shall be horizontal.

Article 3.6.9 a vibration isolation layer shall be placed between the airlock room or air shower room with fan and the ground.

Article 3.6.10 all equipment with mechanical or electrical interlocking (such as transfer window, air shower room, airlock room, exhaust clean workbench, biosafety cabinet, etc.) shall ensure that the interlocking is in normal state after installation and commissioning.

Article 3.6.11 all equipment with fans shall be subject to test run after installation, and the rotation direction of the impeller must be correct during the test run; The test run time shall be determined according to the requirements of the technical documents of the equipment; When there is no regulation, it shall not be less than 2H.

Article 3.6.12 the acceptance standard of the equipment shall meet the requirements of the technical documents of the equipment.
