In order to maintain the cleanliness of the air in the clean room, relevant maintenance regulations must be strictly implemented to prevent the generation, retention and propagation of dust particles and microorganisms in the clean room, and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.  

1. Personnel entering the clean room shall strictly implement the personal purification system, route and sequence. When leaving the clean room, you must follow the above sequence and route. It is not allowed to bring clean supplies to the entrance hall.

2. If there is a shower room, it must be cleaned according to the regulations before entering the clean room. At the same time, the number of people entering the air shower room shall be controlled in strict accordance with the specifications and use requirements of the air shower room, and it is not allowed to forcibly shut down the operating fan or power supply in the air shower room. Generally, the number of dust particles emitted from the human body surface will be reduced by 40-60% after being exposed to wind.

3. For the type of clean air flow that does not interfere with the room, no articles should be placed on the upstream side of the operation area, and no objects should be stacked near the return air outlet; The air supply orifice should not be blocked and stacked under it. The production operation should be carried out on the clean workbench or upstream of the air flow.

4. It is not allowed to bring articles irrelevant to production and easy to produce dust into the clean room.

5. Smoking, eating and non-productive activities are strictly prohibited in the clean room.

6. Before entering the clean room, personal belongings must be put into the designated cabinet, and makeup and jewelry should be removed, and the designated clean clothes and shoes should be replaced.

7. When wearing a hat, the hair should be completely covered, and the lower hem of the trousers should be tightly wrapped in the shoe cover.

8. When taking off the clean work clothes, it is necessary to avoid the work clothes from touching the ground, table and other objects. Generally, the work clothes should be taken off from the bottom to the top and stored in the cabinet or hung in the specified place.

9. When leaving the clean room, it is not allowed to take off the clean work clothes before the dressing area; If you enter the clean room after taking off your work clothes, you still need to enter the clean room in the specified order.
