According to the type of exhaust gas discharged from the production process, the exhaust device (system) can be roughly divided into the following types. (1) General exhaust system This refers to the general waste gas discharged from production auxiliary rooms, living rooms, such as duty rooms, toilets, etc. In most cases, it can be directly discharged into the atmosphere without special treatment. (2) Organic gas exhaust system When various organic substances and solvents are used as raw and auxiliary materials or cleaning agents in the production of products, the gas of organic substances and solvents will be emitted in the relevant places or equipment. Or equipment should be equipped with exhaust devices. Under normal circumstances, the organic gas concentration in the organic exhaust system is very low. If it can reach the atmospheric emission standard stipulated by the national standard, it can be directly discharged into the atmosphere without setting up an exhaust gas treatment device; when the organic gas concentration in the exhaust system is When it exceeds the regulations, an organic gas treatment device should be installed, and it can be discharged into the atmosphere after the treatment reaches the standard. The purification treatment of organic exhaust gas includes activated carbon adsorption method, liquid absorption method and catalytic combustion method. The equipment is simple, the energy consumption is low, but the absorption efficiency is not high; the catalytic combustion method is mainly used for the treatment of organic exhaust gas such as benzene, alcohols, lipids, gasoline, etc. with higher concentrations. The organic gas treatment device should select corresponding treatment equipment according to the type and concentration of organic substances contained in the exhaust system. (3) Acid gas exhaust system has acid gas discharge during wet chemical corrosion, acid cleaning, and pharma machinery in product production. The gas (or acid exhaust gas) can only be discharged into the atmosphere after the treatment reaches the standard. This kind of adsorbent is generally disposable and should be treated centrally after use. Usually, it is treated as a solid waste by the municipal waste disposal site. (5) The hot gas exhaust system discharges hot gas from various furnaces and high-temperature sterilization pharma machinery in the production process. Due to the high exhaust temperature, heat recovery and other methods can sometimes be used for treatment. If the exhaust volume is small Or when it is inconvenient to handle, it is directly discharged into the atmosphere after taking necessary insulation measures. (6) In view of different product varieties and different production processes, the dust-containing exhaust system has different properties and concentrations of dust in the exhaust gas. Various dust removal devices should be selected according to the properties and concentrations of dust in the exhaust gas.
