The cleanliness level is 10000, the allowable number of dust particles ≥0.5μm is 350000 per cubic meter, the allowable number of dust particles ≥5μm is 2000 per cubic meter, the allowable number of plank-tic bacteria is 100 per cubic meter, and the allowable number of settling bacteria is 3 per dish.

3. The cleanliness level is 100000, the allowable number of dust particles ≥0.5μm is 3500000 per cubic meter, the allowable number of dust particles ≥5μm is 60000 per cubic meter, the allowable number of plank-tic bacteria is 1000 per cubic meter, and the allowable number of settling bacteria is 10 per dish.

4. The cleanliness level is 300000, the allowable number of dust particles ≥0.5μm is 10500,000 per cubic meter, the allowable number of dust particles ≥5μm is 60000 per cubic meter, the allowable number of plank-tic bacteria is 1000 per cubic meter, and the allowable number of settling bacteria is 15 per dish.
