In the field of HVAC air conditioning engineering, galvanized steel plate air duct rubber and plastic insulation construction has been widely used due to its simple operation process and beautiful appearance, especially in pharmaceutical clean rooms with strict environmental requirements.
The specific technical construction process is as follows:
1. Innovation of cutting method: This technology abandons the traditional four-piece separate pasting method and adopts the one-piece method of cutting the whole plate, which is convenient and fast to operate. And the insulation board is customized according to the specifications of the duct, which greatly reduces material waste.
2. Accurate calculation and lofting: According to the side length of the duct and the thickness of the rubber and plastic board, according to the duct specifications accurately measured in advance, the lofting size is carefully calculated. Then use a steel ruler or steel tape measure to measure on the board, and then use a ruler and a brush to accurately draw the V-groove tangent of the board on the board.
3. Standard cutting operation: The insulation board uses a portable cutting machine, tilts the blade 45 degrees for two-way cutting, so as to form a 90° V-shaped notch. During the cutting process, the cutting machine should be close to the ruler to ensure that the cut is straight and avoid cutting size errors. It should be noted that the bottom of the V-shaped notch should retain a 3-5mm thick insulation board and cannot be cut off.
4. Evenly apply glue and stick tightly: Before construction, the surface of the air duct must be wiped clean. Apply the insulation glue evenly on the surface of the air duct and the insulation board to ensure that there are no gaps, no omissions, and no flow. After the glue is left to stand for 2 minutes to initially solidify, start sticking the insulation board.
5. Fine corner folding and aesthetic treatment: When the air duct is insulated, the four edges should be folded at right angles and there should be no joints to ensure that the air duct is insulated and flat, with straight and smooth edges and corners. The upper part is pasted with beveled seams to increase the pasting area and ensure a good pasting effect. For equipment such as mufflers and air valves, the same tailor-made insulation treatment is carried out to ensure that there are no pasting seams on the 12 edges.
6. Special treatment of flange connections: For the flange connection of the two sections of the air duct, the belt is added for insulation, and the belt width is preferably 140mm. After the paste is firmly attached, press it flat to effectively prevent heat loss or other problems here, and ensure the overall performance of the ventilation system of the pharmaceutical clean room.
