Factors affecting air in air shower:

1. Personnel shall work in strict accordance with the operating rules of the clean room. The doors and windows of the clean room should be closed at any time. There should be a buffer zone for the transfer of people and goods between the clean room and the non clean room, and there should be air bath equipment to prevent the convection of air flow. Personnel unrelated to production should not enter the clean room.

2. The equipment in the clean room shall be cleaned and maintained regularly, regularly and by a designated person. Whether the materials and cleaning liquids used in the cleaning meet the requirements of the clean room management.

3. The reasonable separation of people flow and material flow is of great significance to maintain the cleanliness of the air shower room. Whether people change their clothes and shower before entering the clean room, and whether their clothes meet the standards of cleaning management specifications. Scope of application

Maintenance

1. Regularly use the instrument to measure various technical indicators of the equipment. If it does not meet the requirements of technical parameters, it shall be handled in a timely manner.

2. According to the actual use, the filter material in the primary air filter shall be removed and cleaned regularly.

3. When the wind speed changes, first check whether the surface of the primary air filter is black. If it is black, it means that the pre filter has more dust and the resistance increases. That is, remove the non-woven fabric in the primary air filter for cleaning or replacement.

4. If the air speed still cannot be increased after the non-woven fabric is replaced or cleaned, it means that the HEPA filter has been blocked, causing increased resistance, and the HEPA filter should be replaced.

5. When replacing the high efficiency filter, remove the ball spray plate, take out the high efficiency filter, and replace it with a new high efficiency air filter according to the specifications and models of the original high efficiency filter. During installation, confirm the arrow mark on the HEPA filter, and the arrow should point in the direction of air flow. Ensure good sealing to prevent leakage.

6. After the high efficiency filter is replaced, it is required to confirm that the frame is free of leakage, and the dust particle counter is used for detection. Normal operation can only be carried out after the technical indicators are met.

7. Regularly check and repair the electrical circuit. If there is any fault, please refer to the electrical schematic diagram for maintenance.

8. Enclose the door regularly to align the electronic lock with its lock hole, so as to prevent the lock pin from being stuck.
