The disadvantage of the method of adjusting the pressure difference in the clean room during the commissioning of the air conditioning system is that when the pressure difference in the clean room deviates from the set value during the operation of the air conditioning system, it is difficult to adjust. This method is used in combination with other methods, and is one of the common means to control the pressure difference of clean room in current engineering. The installation of damping layer (such as single-layer non-woven fabric, stainless steel filter screen, aluminum alloy filter screen, nylon filter screen, etc.) at the return (exhaust) outlet of the clean room can effectively ensure the positive pressure of the clean room, but the filter screen used as the damping layer should be replaced frequently to prevent the positive pressure in the clean room from being too high.
