The installation of damping layer (such as single-layer non-woven fabric, stainless steel filter screen, aluminum alloy filter screen, nylon filter screen, etc.) at the return (exhaust) outlet of the clean room can effectively ensure the positive pressure of the clean room, but the filter screen used as the damping layer should be replaced frequently to prevent the positive pressure in the clean room from being too high.
