Our VHP Pass Box has the following characteristics:
1. The VHP pass box of our company uses hydrogen peroxide vapor as a biological detergent and works under low temperature and normal pressure. The hydrogen peroxide sterilization process is efficient and environmentally friendly, and is the recommended method in USP and CHP sterilization methods.
2. The sterile transfer cabin is automatically controlled by Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC), which automatically controls the operation of the equipment at each stage to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.
3. In the stage of biological decontamination and exhaust air, the air sent into the cabin is filtered by H14 HEPA filter to prevent the material from being polluted.
4. Equipped with an independent ventilation and slag removal unit, including fans, pneumatic butterfly valves and exhaust pipes, which can quickly replace the hydrogen peroxide gas in the cabin and prevent it from entering the HAVC system.
5. The inlet and outlet adopts a double-door structure, which can realize the functions of pneumatic sealing, pneumatic locking and double-door interlocking under working conditions.
6. There is a cart-type material support and rail system in the carriage, which is convenient for loading and unloading materials.
7. The system has the function of real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity and pressure in the cabin. Can be equipped with hydrogen peroxide gas, dust particles, floating bacteria concentration detection port.
8. The parameter data of biological decontamination cycle can be stored and printed.
