Air conditioning equipment installation
1. The handling and positioning of the equipment shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Do the relevant protection work during the handling and hoisting of the equipment to prevent equipment damage;
(2) Before the equipment is in place, its installation site and foundation should be checked and accepted.
(3) The installation of the equipment shall comply with the requirements of the product manual and the provisions of the relevant standards.
2. Before the installation of a high-efficiency air filter, the following conditions should be met:
(1) Clean room building decoration and piping construction have been completed;
(2) The clean room has been comprehensively cleaned, and the air conditioning system has been cleaned and continuously tested for more than 12h.
(3) The installation site and related parts of the high-efficiency filter have been cleaned.
(4) The appearance of the high-efficiency filter has been checked. The frame, filter paper, sealant, etc., have no deformation, damage, falling off, or other damage phenomena.
The installation of the fan filter unit (FFU) shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) Installation conditions should meet the requirements of the high-efficiency air filter before installation.
(2) Inspect the appearance of the FFU in a clean environment, and there shall be no deformation, rust, paint film falling off, splicing plate damage, and other phenomena;
(3) The installation direction must be correct, and the FFU unit after installation should be convenient for maintenance.
(4) The connection between the frame should have reliable sealing measures.
The installation of laminar flow covers shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) Appearance inspection should be carried out before installation. There’s no deformation, falling off, breaking, or other phenomena;
(2) The installation should use independent columns or a boom, and anti-shaking fixing measures. Must not use related equipment or wall support;
(3) The laminar flow cover directly installed on the ceiling shall be provided with sealing and vibration isolation measures between the surrounding box and the ceiling plate;
(4) About the vertical unidirectional laminar flow cover installation, the levelness deviation shall not exceed 0.1%; The vertical deviation of the horizontal unidirectional laminar flow hood is±1 mm; Height tolerance is±1mm.
(5) After installation, a continuous test run of not less than 1.0h should be carried out to check the operating equipment, components, and electrical interlocking function.
The installation of the air shower shall meet the following requirements:
(1) According to the engineering design requirements, the correct measurement and positioning of the air shower room is required.
(2) Before installation, the appearance inspection should be carried out to confirm the overall size, complete structural components, no deformation, and no abnormal or falling off of the sprinkler;
(3) Check that the ground of the installation site of the air shower room is smooth and clean, and the holes in the relevant envelope structure meet the installation requirements.
(4) A vibration isolation pad should be installed between the air shower room and the ground, and sealing measures should be taken between the envelope structure.
(5) The levelness deviation of the air shower room shall not exceed 0.2%;
(6) Carry out a continuous test run of not less than 1.0h according to the relevant requirements of the product specification. Check all sports equipment, components, and electrical interlocking performance.
