Before unit installation, be familiar with relevant technical data in drawings and equipment installation instructions, and check whether equipment parts and accessories are complete, undamaged and loose. When assembling in sections, the arrangement order of sections must be consistent with the drawing.

The unit installation procedure is as follows:

1. Check whether there is enough maintenance space around the unit (especially on the side where the filter screen is drawn out). For concealed ceiling type units, movable inspection openings shall be reserved on the lower ceiling for unit maintenance. Sufficient space shall be reserved between the ceiling and the unit for condensate piping.

2. Confirm that the installation foundation or lifting bracket of the unit can bear the operating weight of the unit and should be horizontal and flat.

3. For floor type units, after ensuring that the unit foundation is uniform and flat (it is recommended that the foundation be 150mm higher than the machine room floor for condensate drainage), place the fabricated I-steel or U-steel underframe on the foundation at the correct position. Then place each section of the unit on the underframe, and weld the underframe of the unit to the underframe on site after leveling and aligning. Finally, tighten the door hinges, door handles, door latches, light switches and other accessories.

For the hoisting unit, ensure that the hoisting support is stable and firm, and the position is correct. The connection between the suspender and the unit shall be fastened with double nuts, leveled and aligned to make the four lifting points bear uniform force.
