Product Description
This machine is a double pressure automatic rotary continuous tablet pressing machine. It can press granular raw materials into various ordinary and special-shaped tablets. It is mainly used in electronics, food, daily necessities, pharmaceutical and other industries. The outer enclosure is totally closed, and the material is stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard. Equipped with transparent observation window, can clearly see the working condition of the machine, and can be opened, easy to internal clear and maintenance.
This machine has the characteristics of high pressure, wide range of tablet pressing, and can press tablets of various shapes, such as ordinary, irregular, circular, two-color, etc. it is especially suitable for multi variety and small batch production. Mechatronics, all controllers and regulating devices are centralized on one side of the machine body, easy to operate. Equipped with pressure overload protection device to avoid machine damage. The transmission mechanism with oil invasion lubrication is sealed under the machine body, which prolongs the service life and avoids cross contamination.
