1.This system is multi-function SCFE equipment, the working mode is intermittent or continuous way to extract solvent    from solid or liquid material, the additive can be add to the supercritical fluid.

2.The system has one extractor and two separators.

3.The highest working pressure of solid extractor is 50Mpa, the highest working temperature is 95℃.

4.The design of pressure vessels according the related national standard and rule demand and with over pressure      protection system which means enough safety valves.

5.The whole equipment beauty, safety and easy operation, pressure temperature flow number can be showed from pressure   meter and digital instrument. The material of pipe parts, valves, pipe lines, are all stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9Ti).

Main Features

1. Easy to operate and adjust,well selectivity. Can extract out requested component according to control          pressure and temperature.

2. Low operating temperature. Operation often happen under room temperature, which is much better for
    Heat-sensitive Materials. Because during extraction process, it has avoid "when oxygen oxygenation" and
   "when light reaction", product can keep its natural tastes.

3. Finish within one step, CO2 won't be left on the products,CO2 is one kind gas of non-poisonous, tasteless,
    inflammable, cheap and can be cycle use.

4. CO2 can be recycled, and be equipped with return circuit which saves gas.Adopt new methods of fluid
   distribution uniform fluid distribution, which makes CO2 fluid and solute uniform contact to speed up the
   dissolved, shorten extraction time, increase production

5. Each kettle has function of measuring and controlling temperature system, which can effectively and    accuracycontrol the temperature.

Our Tank Volume

We calculate the extraction capacity with the inside basket capacity.Inside of the extraction tank capacity.

  So our tank will be larger than others about 1.3~1.5 times.This also mean that our 10L machine is others 13~15Lmachine.

Machine adopted low quality Iron Steel.

The pumb stick is ceramic layer stick or steel stick which is easy to wear and leak CO2.

The max pressu is low so not safe to use.

The using life only 5-15 months.

Once the pumb broke is very hard to repair and experience to replace also need installation fees.

Our Cooling System

Our pipes connection and quickly interface desgin

All the pipes are covered with insulation cotton to avoid the temperature change form condensate water damage machine and low down the noise greatly

And our machine is designed only need connect 6 quickly interface pipes.This is easy and save at least USD 6,000-10,000 engineer abroad installation fees.
