Quick, water evaporates quickly, drying time is short, generally several seconds to tens of seconds, with the characteristics of instant drying; the process is simple and easy to operate; the spray drying process is easy to realize mechanization and automation; , the droplet temperature is roughly the same as the hot air wet bulb temperature, so the drying quality is good, especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials; the disadvantage is that the volume heat transfer coefficient of heat-labile materials is small, and the production intensity is low.
