PHARMA high-speed tablet presses are used for pressing various granular materials into wafers and shaped sheets, which are basic equipment suitable for large-scale production. So what should we pay attention to in normal use?

1. Do not remove the protective cover, safety cover, etc. on the tablet press equipment, and install it when in use. 2. The mold must go through strict flaw detection test and shape inspection, no crack, deformation, missing edge, accurate hardness and size, if it is unqualified, please do not use it, so as not to seriously damage the machine tool. 3. The particle powder should not exceed 100 mesh, because it will cause more flying powder, less leakage, more leakage, affect parts, easy to wear, stick and loss of raw materials. 4. Do not use non-dry raw materials as this will cause the powder to stick to the punched surface. 5. If jumping or stagnation occurs during operation, please do not use your hands to avoid accidents. 6. Drive the motor first, then open the clutch after normal operation. 7. If you find that the machine has abnormal vibration or abnormal noise during use, please stop immediately. 8. The operating pressure of the high-speed tablet press should not be too large. Generally, when the motor is loaded with a 380-volt motor to measure the tablet, it is normal that the heavy-load current is not greater than 4 amperes. 9. Increase in disc weight: During the pressing process, the weight difference may exceed the limit specified by the Pharmacopoeia, but it is acceptable. However, during tablet compression, variations in tablet weight are often found. The reasons and treatment methods are as follows: 1) The length of the punch of the tablet press is not uniform, which may lead to an increase in the difference in tablet weight. Therefore, the tablet press checks and uses each punch before use. If individual components are light, they may fail due to the undershoot motion, resulting in particle filling. For less, individual undershoots should be checked to remove obstructions. (2) Blockage with hopper or granulator: When extruding, if the granules used are small, sticky or wet, occasionally cotton yarn end granules, tablets and other foreign matter are mixed, and the flow is not smooth, add granules to the die hole. Reduce, affect the weight of the piece, if the weight of the piece suddenly decreases, stop the car for inspection. (3) Granules cause changes in tablet weight: too wet granules, too much fine powder, too large a particle size, and insufficient lubricant in the granules will also cause changes in tablet weight differences, and the quality of the granules should be improved. (4) The reason for the change in the weight of the workpiece is due to the failure of the tablet press or the negligence of the work. Therefore, during the tableting process, maintenance work should be carried out and the damage of the tablet press components should be checked in detail. Weigh the film every 10 minutes (10-20 minutes) regardless of whether the film weight is within specification
