Reverse weighing booth is ideal for operator protection and environment protection. Dust particles are being filtered and clean air stream is provided in the zone of exposed product and the operator breathing zone. The design to provide class 100 working environment at rest with bulit in scavenging system to ensure product, operator & surrounding environment cleanliness. Through effect filter and HEPA filter, air is pushed by weighing booth from the centrifugal fan to plenum chamber, then flows out through HEPA filter, forming a vertical unidirectional flow to protect operators and prevent contamination of drugs. Weighing booth’s operating area discharges 10% of the circulating air to maintain the negative pressure to prevent pollution of the environment and pharmaceutical cross-contamination.

The weighing booth is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate. There are configuration tank HEPA air filter on the top; and at the bottom of the weighing chamber, configure the primary and middle efficiency air filter are equipped. Weigh the top of the chamber and configure a uniform flow membrane to make the wind blow evenly.

                                                  

Internal configuration of weighing booth is high power low noise centrifugal fan. The weighing booth is equipped with two differential pressure gauges and a lifting table. The overall structure of the weighing chamber is split type, which can be assembled on site.
