Introduction to the specific operation process of isostatic tablet press

The isostatic tablet press machine is suitable for users who have very strict requirements on the uniformity of sample forming. It can directly form the powder through the isostatic pressing chamber, and can also perform secondary molding on the already formed samples to make them uniform in density. Cavity part: The principle of the mold of the isostatic tablet press is to put the object to be pressed into the cavity of the isostatic mold, fill the cavity with gear oil, and make a sealed cavity with a sealed column. The hydraulic system is used to promote the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to rise, which indirectly promotes the piston of the isostatic main cavity to rise, and squeezes the gear oil in the isostatic main cavity, so that the gear oil squeezes the surface of the mold from all angles. According to the principle of equal pressure transmission, the pressure conversion is completed to make the powder extruded. The pressure transmission value of each part can be calculated through the pressure conversion table (see note), and when the pressure reaches the ideal value, start to maintain the pressure. Operation process: 1. Put the sample into the rubber mold or seal the secondary molding sample, put it into the isostatic chamber, and tighten the screw. 2. Press the 'Settings' button to enter the setting page. 3. Set the content of the page: pressurization limit - pressurization lower limit - pressurization time - mold diameter. 4. Press the '+' key to increase the value. 5. Press the '-' key to decrease the value. 6. Press the 'Settings' button to move the setting items, long press to exit the setting menu. 7. Go back to the operation panel. 8. Press the 'pressurization' button, and the device starts to start. 9. When the pressure reaches half of the set parameter, the system will reduce the pressurization rate. 10. When the pressure reaches the preset value, the system terminates the pressurization and counts the time. The pressure will be automatically released after the timing is completed. 11. In an emergency, you can press and hold the 'Stop' button to terminate the pressurization of the pharma machinery and release the pressure. 12. The tablet press automatically resets.
