Before using the clean bench, make sure that the equipment is in normal condition and the indicator light is on normally after the power is turned on. The first step is to wipe it with anti-static soft non-woven microfiber wiper. Before use, disinfect and sterilize the work area with ultraviolet sterilization lamp for no less than 30 minutes, otherwise it is easy to leave bacteria. The purification system should also be turned on in advance to make the air in the operating area all clean. When the LED lighting is turned on, the UV sterilizer lamp will automatically turn off. Similarly, when the UV sterilizer lamp is turned on, the LED light will also turn off.

When the staff operates the class 100 clean bench, they should pay attention to wearing clean clothes, gloves, masks, hats and other protective equipment. Because the working principle of the clean bench is to remove bacteria in the working area based on the movement of airflow, the staff should not make large movements to disrupt the air flow when operating.

There are many things need pay attention to when using class 100 clean bench. Ultraviolet germicidal lamps are harmful to the people, so when turning on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp, pay attention to the protection of personnel. And do not turn on the ventilation function when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is running. Because most clean benches are used in the pharmaceutical industry or laboratory, alcohol burner is generally used in the work area.Be sure to pay attention to safety when using an alcohol burner, and do not let the flame be too high to damage the filter.
