How To Use Dynamic Pass Box

A dynamic pass box is a device that allows the transfer of materials between two areas with different cleanliness levels. It is equipped with a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter that removes dust and microbes from the air entering the pass box. A dynamic pass box maintains a positive pressure inside the chamber to prevent contamination from outside.

To use a dynamic pass box, follow these steps:

- Load the materials to be transferred into the pass box from the less clean area.

- Close the door of the pass box on the less clean side and lock it.

- The HEPA filter will start to operate and create a positive pressure inside the pass box.

- Wait for the indicator light to turn green, which means the pass box is ready for unloading.

- Unlock and open the door of the pass box on the clean side and unload the materials.

- Close and lock the door of the pass box on the clean side.

- The HEPA filter will stop operating and the indicator light will turn off.

A dynamic pass box is a useful tool for maintaining the cleanliness of a cleanroom and reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
