Description
The wall panels are composed of two layers of color coated steel plate as the panel, with thermal insulation materials polystyrene, phenolic foam, polyurethane, rock wool as the core material, in the special automatic production line, the continuous molding process will be core material and panel composite into the whole building board. Although the introduction of this composite plate is not too long, but because of its bearing capacity, thermal insulation, waterproof, decoration, simple construction and a series of advantages, so in the building dust-free workshop clean room has been widely recognized and used.
The wall panels generally 50mm thickness, others are 75mm,100mm,120mm,150mm,180mm, 200mm. The thickness in clean room generally use 50mm. Cold storage room is 100mm or higher thickness. Wall panel height can be customize according to project, reacing 1 meter at most.
Excellent fire resistance: more than 1000 C of fire resistance.
