This product laser dust particle counter is a device for measuring particle dust with sampling flow up to 1CFM. As a particle count, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10 μm, 6-channel particle data is displayed in real time, and the cumulative particle number and particle concentration value of 6 channels can be switched to display after one sampling period. Built-in long-life laser diode, high-efficiency light-collecting elliptical lens, and unique optical system to provide high accuracy and concentration measurement range. Built-in high-efficiency vacuum pump, isokinetic sampling head, microprocessor circuit, computer interface, all information is displayed on the LCD screen.

Specification

The instrument provides an isokinetic sampling head, which is connected to the sampling port through a hose. The isokinetic sampling head helps reduce counting errors when sampling small particles and should be used in every measurement. The isokinetic sampling head should always be facing up when sampling typical indoor and outdoor aerosol particles. The instrument can be held in the hand or placed on a flat surface or tripod with the LCD screen facing the operator. Where constant airflow is sampled, such as clean rooms, ducts, downstream of filters, etc., the airflow direction is always aligned with the opening of the isokinetic sampling head. The hose connecting the isokinetic sampling head and the sampling port can be extended if necessary. However, longer lengths can burden the sampling pump, reduce the airflow rate and cause premature failure of the sampling pump. There is also an increase in count loss, especially for large particles. It is recommended to keep the hose length as short as possible, and it should not exceed 4 feet in length. Sampling height also affects readings, and readings near the floor may be several times higher than eye-level readings. When analyzing contamination problems with the Y09-8A, it should be noted that not all contamination is continuous, and some are the result of short-lived events or a burst of particles. The source of contamination can be determined by taking multiple samples from the same location.
